16 and Pregnant Season 2 - MTV has renewed the second season. It will follow all of the teenage girls that were followed in the first season. The grand finale special episode of the first season of 16 and Pregnant was aired at 10pm on Thursday 23 July.

For those of you who missed the show it was very emotional - I cried, but then I cry at bambi! One of the girls, Catelynn, gives her baby up for adoption. It was just too much to bear - I went through almost a full box of Kleenex. I dont know if I will manage 16 and Pregnant Season 2 !
